TCF Rosignoli Logistics is expanding the capacity of its intermodal terminal with the acquisition of a new area from the Municipality of Mantua, located between the existing railway terminal and the A22/E45 motorway. Thanks to this new acquisition, the tracks serving the terminal for the intermodal transport of steel and chemical products will be extended. This extension will bring the total length of the facility’s tracks to over 3 km, reaching the 750-meter module, in compliance with the new European standards for international freight transport.
This development benefits all companies located in and around the province of Mantua that use intermodal transport, by offering a more reliable and efficient service.
It also represents a further investment by TCF Rosignoli Logistics in sustainable transport, which has a lower environmental impact compared to road transport, thus helping to reduce carbon emissions for the transport of heavy goods.
