The project has transformed a previously unused area into a thriving natural space rich in biodiversity. More than 500 trees have been planted across 7,000 square meters, creating a new green landscape designed to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding environment. The selected trees —including Quercus robur, Fraxinus angustifolia, Acer campestre, Corylus avellana, and Ligustrum vulgare—were chosen for their suitability to local conditions and their ability to absorb CO₂.
The planting work was carried out with a strong focus on quality and long-term sustainability. All trees meet the required standards for size and structure and have been installed with appropriate supports, mulching, and protective measures to promote healthy growth.
In line with TCF Rosignoli Logistics’ environmental vision, the area also includes habitats for beneficial insects, encouraging the presence of species such as ladybirds, lacewings, and earwigs. These insects play a vital role in maintaining ecological balance and supporting natural pest control.
To safeguard the health of the green space, a dedicated irrigation well has been constructed, and a regular maintenance program is planned for the years ahead.
